Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Please review all product details and photos thoroughly before making a purchase. We strive to accurately represent each piece in our descriptions and images, and we ask that you respect this effort by understanding all aspects of your order prior to purchase.

We carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the fragile nature of pottery, each box is labeled accordingly. In rare cases, a piece may be damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a refund or exchange. Damage claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery cannot be accepted.
