- Orders will ship via USPS within 3–5 days after purchase.
- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Please review all product details and photos thoroughly before making a purchase. We strive to accurately represent each piece in our descriptions and images, and we ask that you respect this effort by understanding all aspects of your order prior to purchase.
- We carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the fragile nature of pottery, each box is labeled accordingly. In rare cases, a piece may be damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a refund or exchange. Damage claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery cannot be accepted.
- We offer international shipping by request. If you need this option, please contact us, and we’ll assist in setting up your order. Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Our Process: Handmade with Heart
Each piece of pottery in our collection starts as raw, earthy clay, carefully thrown by hand, ensuring that each curve and detail are thoughtfully crafted.
The clay then undergoes a multi-step process, including hand glazing, firing in small batches, and final finishing touches to create truly unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Our glazing process draws inspiration from the colors found in nature and in the different global cultures that we encountered during our travels.
It’s this personal touch that makes every piece a reflection of all we love and admire. We believe in the beauty of imperfection, and that’s why we celebrate the small variations and textures that come with handmade art.
